It just shows what an amazing yet raw performer he was. He's a musician, and an entertainer. Musicianship always came first with Frampton. Thanks for noticing that because I didn't know it either
You read ny mind. I've spent decades analyzing practically every note on Comes Alive and I never heard him tuning there. It's so cool to hear those little things like the click when he kicks on his delay. This is awesome. So glad this was posted. Cheers!
its cool listening to isolated tracks because you hear things that sound awkward or like just strange without the full band but show how it all mixes together to make a full song
Can you please tell me if the amazing backing track you were playing over is available for us to use? I’d love to have this guitar-less live backing track to fuel my vamping in blues or mixolydian 👍
Greatest talk box guitarist of all time greatest use of a talk box in music instrumentation of all time
Superb! Although It's been almost 40 years I've never heard Peter's guitar like this! Congrats and thanks for sharing.
6:10 is one of the best solos of the 70s
...not sure how you are able to isolate that but thank you very much for sharing ;>
Reminds me of our great date!!! We rocked the stars that night on his farewell tour!!!

This was great, at 4 minutes 5 seconds he is tuning his guitar, I never would have caught that listening to the regular version.

A guitar free track I mean 😊. I’m hoping that if you isolated the guitar you may have a version with everything but the guitar.
