    What other graphs are generally useful to show case that actually the team is over occupied with stuff and needs a new resource? Thanks for the precise content mate.

      The velocity chart will show that your team is signing up for X amount of work, but is only able to accomplish Y amount every sprint. If those number X vs Y aren't within 80% of each other, it could be a sign that it's time to add another resource. I would caution against adding more resources. Adding more people to a project will not help you. Read the Mythical Man-Month.

    Just wanted to know can we tag bugs in the Jira to the sprint because then it will come in sprint or shall we let the bugs in backlog only..... could you suggest

      Bugs are handled the same way like Stories and Tasks. They contain the sprint field, so you’ll be able to “plan” them into your sprints.

      @@ApetechTechTutorials we can add labels in bugs and keep in backlog rather than pulling them in sprint , what do you say

    • @samcardona4024
      @samcardona4024 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Reports should be on by default, but in case they are turned off, Sam is correct. Go to project settings -> Features -> Enable Reporting
