I was considering taking the bike to a local shop to get this done (since I'm not the fastest wrench-turner). But this explains a lot and gives me an idea what I'm in for! (Plus there's the benefit of needing a new torque wrench!) Thanks again, Devin!

Thank you for the shop organizational suggestions.... I think new wrenchers need a lot of that soft-skill guidance like that.

Thanks for this great vid Devin however why wouldn't you include footage of a ride so we can witness the performance and hear the exhaust?

Great video. Thanks. BTW, anyone else notice something unique about this particular Halcyon?

      The most unique part....it's not a Halcyon, it's a Phoenix;0)

Maybe it's a new model, the Halcynix....?

Wondering if using a band clamp like what you would use on HVAC duct, would make getting the cylinder over the rings easier.

What are the specifications of each stage? what is your interpretation of a stage? to one person, stage 1 may be a muffler, To another it may be everything external being replaced. a third person will have stripped the engine bare and replaced every single part as they will only pull the engine apart once, and the engine will produce 5 times it's original output. and to them that is the ONE and only stage they will consider... aka stage 1!
Quit saying stage, and start saying "intended purpose kit" and say what the specs are. People need to know if a camshaft will get them down a dragstrip or up a steep hill. it can't do both!
