I couldn't get my Royal Enfield interceptor on the centre stand until I watched this, and wow it works! Then I bought a rear rack and realised that the lift handle wouldn't fit and I couldn't get the bike on the stand again 😔. So back I came to rewatch the video and it was all there! Wow for a second time, I can get my bike on the stand again!

One small thing helped me a lot ! Making sure that both the ends of the stands are on the ground before lifting ! Made life easier 😊 Thanks a lot !

I’m with DC-RC here. Had a centre stand fitted by dealer to my T100. Must be something different with the geometry because with the whole of my weight, 12 stone, on the pedal the bike does not even begin to lever up on a level surface. What is different? I’m fully aware of the technique, I’m quite familiar with centre stand operation. I have to roll the back wheel on a piece of wood to get the leverage needed. Works ok then. I’m wondering if there is some gradient on your forecourt that’s helping, before the camera angle changes that back wheel doesn’t look very far off the ground.

Great technique. I find its safer to sit on the bike and rock it forward to get off the centre stand otherwise it can fall when its unsupported if you are not careful. I also leave the sidestand down when lifting it up, for the same reason.

while on center stand, extend side stand, and put bike in 1st gear. rock bike forward, and slightly toward you and will land on side stand and lock on since is in gear.
lot in words but very simple in practice

    I've got a t120. Lovely bikes.
Once on the centre stand, can I remove wheels in order to change inner tube or will this throw the bike off balance causing it to fall?

Considering adding a Center stand to my '22 T-100 here in the sates. Does the factory side stand have to be removed or can both stands remain on? Thanks.

Try doing that with a much heavier bike like a Suzuki GT750 Kettle. Its much heavier than
them Triumphs. My Brother had one in the 80's, and I have lifted many bikes onto its stand.
But could I hell lift that one, the grab rail was too far back, the foot lever on the stand was
too short, and I was then a 9 stone weakling. Oddly enough, I bought a GT550 Suzuki as a
restoration project, and had no problem lifting that one, but it was a lot lighter than the 750.

I started trying to get it on the center stand and it nearly fell over the other way, scary!

Man, I have tried and tried and tried......can't get it on the stand. I have both feet of the stand on the ground, all of my weight on the stand pushing down and it will not budge
