I have being doing home exercise over a year now due to fracturing of my knee in spin class and this is the first exercose let me feel like have work in every part of my body. my only false is that i which there was a bit more abs workout in it.
Yvette you killed me on this one. I was only able to do up to 47:50 . Didn't make the full 1 hour and 4 minutes. Phew. Great workout though. Keep them coming. Love you.n

Deeda Quist if your doing my workouts everyday I recommend going through my library of videos and try to choose different formats each day.. for example; if you do chest and triceps heavy weights one day I would do different muscle groups the next day..,Now some of my workouts are straight hiit cardio and cardio kickboxing which can be filled in any day

I burnt 600 :) I weigh 60 kg.
