Thank you Darren for uploading your video as it has been a handy reference to see the internal workings of our old Philips EL3546 A/78 that needs repair and belonged to my father. It's missing both Idler Tyres from the FF & Rewind Hub and the drive belt had also stretched. Pity you didn't give a length or part number for your belt as that would have been handy. I have used the string method around the pulleys for this machine and came to an estimated total length of 500mm. From there, I decided to order a Square Profile belt at 46cm (18.1") long x 2.4mm that suits the Philips EL3547A as a belt for the Cossor CR1603 seemed far too short at 42cm (16.6"). From what I've read, the Philips EL3546 A/78 is the same machine as your Cossor CR1603A and the Stella ST456, but not sure about the Cossor CR1603. All I have read indicates these are built in 1963 and possible the first conversion from valve to electronic. Estimate trye sizes for the idler hub are 32 mm ID x 42 mm (max) OD x 4 mm thick wall for the large tyre and 26 mm ID x 36 mm (max) OD x 4 mm thick wall for the small tyre. Getting quote to reproduce tyres with extras to be listed on eBay. To be confirmed. Hope this helps you and others. Regards. Daryl
