Great job persuing the elusive Red Tail Surf Perch Evan. Oregon surf perch is full of members that are very knowledgeable if you ask questions.
Try clam necks or sand shrimps that will get you more picky biters. The silver perch is the one you got, they like to attack gulp worms, whereas the Red Tails will go for real bait. Keep up the fun adventures!
