Cool review mate and good riding!!!! What would you say??? I'm currently on a Orbea Rallon on mullet set up, I've been quiet happy with it until the frame had a failure and Orbea said it's lack of maintenance (the guys at the bike shop couldn't believe that answer, since they have done the bearing maintenance and they are the official workshop here, and they are good mechanics); now I'm waiting for their analysis at their HQ; but I kinda want to change the bike because of that lack of costumer support. That Stumpy Alloy with Fox 38 seems like a good option but I'm kinda scared to go down from 170/160 to 160/145 for racing Enduro. What's your opinion on this?? Cheers mate
@@juantibi I’m not familiar with the orbea Rallon so I wouldn’t be able to give you a fair comparison. I was previously on a Trek Slash, which is an enduro rig and I can tell you it’s faster and more stable going fast through the chunk. My Transition patrol feels a lot more like the Stumpjumper. My patrol is fast and very versatile so that would be my first pick if I was racing enduro. If you’re a good enough rider, the stumpy is a great all rounder for the trails but I don’t know if that would be my racing rig.
@ thanks so much for answering! I think you’re right for having fun it’s perfect but maybe while racing you want a bit more forgiveness that can help you hold the whole day on the bike at fast pace and not crash. I would say that the Rallon and the Slash can be in a similar category so I guess the Rallon would also go faster over rough terrain, if I got it right what you said. Cheers mate!!!
@@juantibi I have a Kenevo SL which is similar to the Specialized Enduro geometry and that bikes rips down hill. Eats everything I throw at it. The S Enduro maybe a good option for you. I have a videos on my page with the Kenevo
