@@edzest unfortunately failed the Exam. More than 60% of questions were Agile. Felt i am betrayed by PMi. If that is the case, i would have taken PMI-ACP

1:30:51 query - if the scope is changed, we will proceed only after change order approval, right? If change order is approved it will give the additional cost & schedule required to complete that changed scope if it is increased. So my interpretation is, if scope is changed it should not affect spi /cpi. Plz confirm.
When you compare CPI/SPI, you may want to compare with your original estimates.
Sometimes scope is added without change in schedule or cost.
what you say is correct as well.
In all these cases, Scope change will not be correct choice for answer.
Revised estimate is EAC or ETC
ETC… EAC is the revised budget: revised estimate + actual cost till now
