Nice one. Still quite a few of these old Roman bridges around the country. Just goes to show their design stood up well to the test of time. The modern bridge you crossed would be fun in a strong wind lol.
I have visited one suspension bridge in Glen Lyon. Did not know of the existence of the one in this video. Edit. I have just discovered that Scotland has more than one Glen Lyon.
We have stayed in the nearby cottage a couple of time and we will be going back for a 3rd visiting in October, I did not know about this bridge, it will be added to my list 👌

They didn’t invent the arch but they sure became the masters of it .
