- I've already explored this prison about 2 years ago, after coming back from an explore on route home we decided to stop off and and explore it again, not much has changed apart from we couldn't get into some of the other buildings due to a security dog, glad we left though as that dog would off that rope eventually lol

Lots of memories stayed there for a few years finishing a 9 year sentence in the 1980s working in the gardens and built a pond and working on cars in the workshop .great video

I've never heard of a open prison before.. Was in good condition still.. But like Deja Vu.. Every room and corridor much the same..

Cleanest prison I have ever seen, looks like a hotel I stayed in the🏖 virgin islands. Most prisoners are trying to get out, and Alec and Crew are going in! Love how you pulled a fast one on the dogs and security. 🐶👮🏻♂️🚔

I was in prison myself as I murdered my abusive husband as I watched him take a heart attack in the lounge and I wasn't going to ring for help until its was too late, I am glad he's dead well he won't hurt me again or anyone else 😀😀.

Rule number one, always take a couple of raw steaks in your back pack and rule number two Don't forget the wellies !
No Stephanie rule 1 is....you wear trainers and make sure others are wearing the wellies should thon dug get loose spose you could slip the steaks in their pockets
I can remember this open jail very well I went up there 2002 till 2003 the bit you went in is c wing then upstairs is D wing that is were I was it is a shame seeing like that it was beautiful up there time flew by good vid

Why is that shut then? It looks in very good good condition apart from one cell which seemed to have an odd dip in the floor. Or was that just the Lino? Looks like the prisoners last tasks involved cleaning the place before they left
It closed because they couldn't get enough prisoners to go to open prison there is only one that is castle Huntley in Dundee when I was at norinside open prison I worked out prison working at barnardos in montrose

No.. Its a open prison. I live in the area. Google open prison. They don't have to work. They can go out and visit people as long as they come back.

I have watched a good few your videos.
I must admit i have seen far better exploring videos you seem to show looking out of windows and go into rooms and places where there are clearly nothing to see.
But you dont show much detail like whats in draws or cuboards .
Or explain any details of whats in the room a bit disappointing
