Nice Video. Bought a unit on the project launch in 2018. Waiting patiently- great to hear that Tower A & B have topped out. One thing that I’m not sure about but should be pointed out, is the zero percent is only until turnover- then your on the hook for the final bill.

Congrats on your purchase! I can say there's been a lot of progress made on development over the past few months and the area is really starting to come together. In regards to the 0%, yup you're right, after the amortization schedule of 4-5 years (depends on which tower the unit belongs to), the buyer will be responsible for settling the remaining balance (either lump sum payment, bank financing, etc.). @@BGCDreams Yup good thing you pointed that out. I’ve noticed also most of the sinks in the bathrooms have no cabinets. It looks so bare and ugly 😂 Why couldn’t they just build one?

@@BGCDreams Yes here in Cavite where I live the size of an empty lot is about 4-5 million. When I bought mine in 2016 it was 1.4 million. So on top of that you gotta add the cost of building the house. It keeps going up the longer you procrastinate 😂

It has been a dream of mine to own a condo unit in BGC. But unfortunately the price is too high for me. So I had to settle here in Cubao, the condo developer is also Megaworld. I just imagined my place is BGC. 😂😂😂
