These condos are waaayyy overpriced. I did the math the properties cost 3x more on a per square ft basis than a median house in the US in a country where 99% of the population don’t even make $1000. 31 sq meters wtf that’s not even a typical studio in the US 🤦‍♂️ I would wait until the next economic crisis before i’d consider buying one of these. Notice how most of these condos are not occupied. These prices are simply unsustainable and i think a lot of people are buying these properties for money laundering.
