sadly you were misguided into buying megaworld condos in bgc, megaworld just makes things look nice on the outside but inside is complete trash. Advise only to stick to the top developers of Shang/Robinsons , Rockwell and Ayala (ALP, Alveo) . One exception is the seasons in uptown by Nomura real estate japan
