The Audio is TERRIBLE, I could hardly understand a thing - probably because you depended on the Mic of the Recording Cellphone or whatever it was being used. Use a Mic you can directly speak on to minimize the bad echoes. Try writing on the screen the all-important Data about Pricing, Terms & Condition. Include a Map of where the property is located, the room floor plan, who the developers are. Try making it more professional, instead of just trying to earn a few quick bucks. Please!
