Hate to burst his bubble, but that's called "Hypoxia" and that euphoric calm means he was close to passing out. Passing out underwater, no longer able to control breathing due to it's automatic function, leads to drowning.
He's lucky to be alive.

DOM Z it matters about your mental state and how calm you are. This man and woman have probably been training to hold there breath for a long time and they both could possibly be professional free divers.

Wow, this video is absolutely inspiring. On the one hand you've got the length of time that they can hold their breaths, and on the other, you've got the tranquility/fear associated with swimming with sharks without any oxygen tank!

that is incredible what an experience. I am new to scuba and have dived in Mexico which was amazing. I have my gopro dive housing and last weekend me and my brother were mucking about with it crystal clear footage even in poor vis!

Beautiful video and footage! *GoPros are awesome cameras!* The water wasn't clear like this when I had a personal encounter with a Tiger Shark while spearfishing a while back, on Maui! But I DID manage to capture it with my GoPro (the video is on my channel)! It still makes me shudder to watch it , but it's cool to have gotten the video and be able to re-live the moment! Those Tiger Sharks are beautiful, but definitely something to respect! :)

i completely agree with you about the lens,mine was blurred so i changed to the Oculus R5 Blur Fix Lens,and i`m so impressed,it has a Step Ring adapter with it so in theory you can fit any filter,it allowed me to use my old filters from my Intova and not have to buy new ones,cheers Magus
This one time, when I was diving by myself, I was diving on the same reef I've dove a thousand times, going to get some fish, and i went down to the bottom. I looked up at the surface of the water, it was afternoon light and the sun rays were just coming down really gold, I don't know how long I was on the bottom, but for some reason I clicked into this euphoric call. I almost cant even differentiate, whether that was a dream or whether it really happened.
