Unfortunately, your boat can't float in water because it has gaps meaning that water will slowly fill up the cabinets for the ship to float and then into the balcony and then into the mall then will be at the bottom

The rooms with and without balconies would be on different floors,
The place where the captain controls the ship is at the front
Usually there is a place at the front of the ship where its higher than the rest, this means a waterslide can be placed down to go down the elevated spot
How are passengers going to get to the other floors if theres not stairs
Cruise ships also have their own floors for jails and clinics
Cruise ships are tall, at least 9 floors
Overall rating: 6/10
These are just some tips, you can try and build another ship if you want and see if it looks any different
