- On my way to lowes and this car pulled up to the light. I was doing 60 trying to catch him(speed limit 35). I believe it pulled in to Sara Fishers garage in downtown speedway. yes its snowing and 22 degree's out

He probably turned right going into turn 3 and got lost.
Former NASCAR driver....got confused with all of the turns...

NASCAR does race at road courses, but I guess some idiots don't know that.

That isn't Sarah Fisher's shop, that is the Dallara factory, where the car was made. It is made in the same factory as the regular IndyCars, but does not meet any of the current specs. The engine is a flat 6 out of a Honda Goldwing, and officially, it is licensed on the street as a motorcycle.

I didn’t know open wheel vehicles could be road legal, that’s awesome.
There are many...such as BAC mono, KTM crossbow, Ariel Atom, Radical Rxc SL(similar performance to open wheel), even single seaters like Lola F1R, Formula Ford ecoboost.
As long as you have a brake light, turn signals, license plate, and bumpers. This car was NOT legal because it didn't have the bumpers.

Two seater Dallara. These are made by Dallara in Indianapolis at the same factory that they make the actual Indy Car chassis' at. Street legal with lights and indicators. I don't think you can buy one, just go on a ride in one from their "Experience" center.

cool, was in Indy on the first of June for the riley ride, did you see it? we get to go around the track as part of the ride,to bad no Indy cars though.
