Thank you soo much for posting this!!! It clearly explains and shows how to use the tape so that it blocks your kneecap from sliding out and explains all the potential problems that could be causing a lateral subluxing patella. I have that problem BIG TIME in both my knees and physical therapy has failed to cure me (although it has helped a lot!!!) and so with me being a kinesiology major and already knowing a ton about physical therapy (which is what I want to do) I decided I knew enough to embark on this journey on my own and figure out how to fix this problem myself (daily physical therapy is the best!!!) and this video really helps that. There are so many ways to tape knees for patella tracking and kneecap dislocation issues but this one makes the most sense and feels the best!!! So thank you thank you thank you thank you for posting this!!!

At 1:1- where he says "then I am going to do my same cover" what does that refer to. I can't find a previous video that relates to Patella strapping. I am really interested to know as I have dislocated my Patella around 15 times and I am currently waiting on major surgery to fix it, however I need to find an interim solution that will allow me to continue to train legs in the gym and do Cardio
