Whisper is genuingly one of the coolest character in the IDW Comics with a really deep backstory. My favorite parts about her is the way they make her so expressive when it comes to being angry or sad. Like you can almost just feel it of some sort.
Her expressions are something else. The artist should get some kind of award for getting a cartoon wolf to emote crippling guilt and loneliness. From the first time I saw her it was clear this character had some mayor baggage and got that feeling you get when you want to comfort someone. Yet she's still a very big badass.
Coolest Sonic character most in need of a hug and a shoulder to cry on.
I'm glad she now has Tangle to cheer her up.
