Be still my heart!! This property ticks off of the boxes for me. Nice to see a builder who is not afraid to go against the trends and use wood tones and darker finishes. It's still a light and airy home with a fabulous liveable floor plan. Nice surprises such as the shower in the master bedroom. Give the builder kuddos from me!!!!

Wood never looked so good!..truly an amazing piece of property. This is the stuff that dreams are made of. Modern contemporary with a wonderful layout. This is truly a entertainers dream..post covid 19(hopefully soon).

This house makes no sense. The wood is beautiful (house keeper's job) but the configuration is janky. As the tour progressed it started to feel like a showroom for bath and kitchen fixtures. The house doesn't flow and the bedrooms are super small. It would be better to cut out a few of these mini kitchens/wet bars and widen some of the rooms. I would love to hear what others think. BTW, I really tried to like it.
After seeing more I could TOTALLY do this .... with a couple of changes .
The entrance has all the charm of a Holiday Inn !
Simply amazing. But yes. It needs a pool. And myself would add a basketball court. Make sure every bedroom has a flat screen in it. Also if I had that kind of $$$. I would like to have a 2 lane bowling alley.

Call me selfish but every home in America needs that car port goodness . Regardless of the weather that makes a difference walking family and friends to their cars when it rains, snows, sun out regardless. Light a cigar and relax in this home.
I love the entryway.i like how this house is different then average houses.
It would have been helpful if you labelled all of the rooms similar to what you did for the office and a few others. It took a while to figure out that one room was the utility room. Also one could mistake the various wet bars for kitchens. I wanted to see what was behind those doors in the garage.

The guest's quarters are spot on for my needs and the house is sectioned in such a way as if it were(almost) built to my specs.
Hardly ever see a design where I wouldn't change anything.
My sole modification would be the staircase - I personally don't like them being right inside the door and open to anyone who wants to ascend to where the children's rooms are generally located.

Yes. Me too. Though, I could make work the half that acreage. But less than 3 is dicey. That's just barely enough room to put everything.. and so many of the gorgeously built homes with established gardens... have very little land.
I've been looking in Ft. Worth.
sigh.. I wonder how long a drive it is in the freeways from Dallas to Eagle Mountain Lake where I intend to work..and build a business.
Add another 10 to that and I can have my massive pool/grotto/ lazy river to it😍

Nice.but The furniture choice is iffy and the family area is soso the garage could be a lot more.
Love the house but some changes needed to many pocket doors and no locks ,pool table room tv area a bit bigger for more chairs,the breakfeast eating area next to kitchen bigger not booth, master suit a bit bigger.when I hit the lotto I'll make sure to tell this builder lol,all in all this is a fantastic house!!! Oh yea a pool no doubt.

nice house, however keep in mind a house has to be at least 10ksqft or bigger to be considered a mansion! However, this is still a pretty good size house and could call it a mcmansion!

This would be a really nice Bed and Breakfast or a Mountain Resort Cabin if it were in the right places. With that much space, it seems to be a waste for one family to live in and not have it making money for you.

I was disappointed in the use of space especially in the kitchen. Two refrigerators instead of one XL one. Two many counter tops with wine coolers. I would have like to see more living space within the home. Bedrooms were too small, I don't know if its the use of heavy duty wood that made the house look too busy for me. I was expecting more for the cost.
Not a fan of all the wood. Reminds me of a cabin. I prefer white light netural colors.

That would be ruining beautiful wood. You only paint plywood or fiberboard white to hide it.
