I’m not sure what to say; this house is absolutely GORGEOUS! Not sure if it’s the house, which I thought was multi-level; excited to see it was actually one level, OR the beautiful staging. If I bought this house, I would hire their decorator in a heartbeat. I LOVE this house and would probably pay asking for it!!

The interior of this house is exquisitely styled, however, I could never pay this much for a house that barely has any land and absolutely no privacy from neighbors. If I was going to splurge on a dream home like this, I'd never build it in a HOA allotment. It would be on a picturesque 50+ acre parcel,with scenic views and ultimate privacy.

Absolutely stunning exterior. Love the layout the entry is beautiful with the white walls bur starts to get absolutely silly with all this wall paper it looses that classy elegant look and the kitchen would have been beautiful with white modern cabinets. I did love the master closet this home could have been so beautiful but who ever choose the interior design lost me sorry it was ugly. And those curtains in the dining area why would you cover such beautified windows uses beautiful blinds that are on remote control. The home is a mismatch of a crayon box. With rooms some that look at my great grandmothers wall paper.

There is no way this house is worth $5m, even $3.5 is a stretch. Yes, it's absolutely gorgeous, but it has no land and no privacy, features that any home in this price range should have, in my opinion.
@@dlg5485 I can see your point, but it's not a spec home. Considering area, inventory and quality of built, $3.5m is the right number. Puts it around $600/sq ft. Maybe in this market now, it's a tick lower, but at the height of the market, I can see $3.5m. Just the way the market is right now.

I really like the layout of the house, but I would absolutely change the design elements inside it's way too Victorian for me.... and I would want to have a much bigger backyard so the pool is further away from the house

The design and materiality choices seem a bit muddled in places , the kitchen is a real let down for me and it looks like there is a wardrobe in there…… the floor is gorgeous! Great tour as usual! Overall I love this home….just wish that kitchen wasn’t so……”sleek” ….it will date so quickly….. hate the kitchen island…..

I think this is not typisch Dutch. Never seen a house like this in the Netherlands. More American big bigger bigst.
This home has great bones and I was looking forward to seeing the full tour, until I saw the decor. Sadly I couldn't give it a like after I saw too many wood tones in the kitchen and all the tile choices. The builder seems great 😊. But I would be so disappointed with the decorator 😢.

Rich folks spend very little time at home, especially sleeping. They have two or three giant parties every year that last a few hours. The main goal is to live in the house, enjoy it and sell it for a profit. These folks will have a cleaning crew come out once a week, a full-time employee that cleans and runs errands. They will order things online, especially food. They will hire a landscaping crew, a security-service, and have a plumber on speed-dial. I don't think this house has anything that is very unique that people can brag about, such as dungeon or wine-cellar, or vault, etc. The worst part is being so close to the neighbors. You would want to be friends with those kind of neighbors.

No even worth three plus million, interior decorations are absolutely horrible, layout of house makes no sense, don't know if it's was the person doing the walk through or the house itself seemed very confusing the floor plan is terrible bedrooms way to small for a house this size and price.
