The spiral staircase leading to a rooftop sampayan area (that could be a space for bbq pag ang ulam ay chicken inasal ;) - is an excellent design idea. Too bad the host was not able to show (or it was an editing issue) the staff room below it. It would have been nice to see the opposite side of the service/utility area - which is supposedly (probably) where the tall bamboo tree that was seen in the the staircase high window.
Love the master bedroom.........thx for sharing. The kitchen is a bit odd though. Looking forward to touring some of these in person.

Yung room na yun ang pinakanghhold ng buong bahay. Ginawa n lang room kesa mga support pillars panget tignan sa living room. Double purpose sya support ng bahay, may room pa.

Nice house 😊. I'm not just a fan of the wood cladding/ accent on the ground floor. The only thing I notice about Pinoy houses, designs are not seamless as compared to Thai, Japanese and Latin American home architecture, we tend to over decorate. 😘
A bathtub in the Masters could have been great. Hanging wires at the balcony is annoying but overall the house is really nice.Thanks for the good presentation!
We currently own a unit at Azure near this place and the main thing I hate about the location is the damn traffic. The ideal location for our next property would probably in BGC, Laguna or Pampanga.

NICE. KINAPOS LANG SA WINDOW YUNG SMALLER ROOM AND I'D PREFER NA PALAGYAN NG WOODEN SLABS YUNG 2ND FLOOR OVERLOOKING THE GROUND, FOR SAFETY REASONS..
If you are buying it you can modify in anyway you want. The concept is an "Open to below" which gives an airy feeling. Most designs are like that. Probably if the new homeowner has small children a higher railing would be ideal, specially kids below 3 feet. I think the designer or architect who planned it had adult homeowners in mind.
Houses are all unique this one hindi sya maappeal sa labas pero ang ganda ng loob.
The bedrooms and bath are all tight except for the master , open layout is better and give space ,will look big .oh well ! Good luck 🍀
The house value shall lower than 700k since no value in architecture. I don't know what's wrong with the architect mind's? Either crazy or lack of practical knowledge? Weird at 1st floor room, then at the back of the house with weirdo 2nd floor washing area that no direct access from 2nd floor itself. The most weirdest is at master bathroom which had mirror opposite of water closet. Windows for all rooms at 2nd floor also weirdly size.

I love this house but the living room it's to small
Too tiny kitchens in the Philippines and so enclosed, drives me nuts thinking of cooking in that small space.
What drove me nuts is the laundry area in pinas are not part of the function room. They normally put the washing machines outside which is weird.
