Thanks for sharing that Mr. X. I always wondered why collectors never shared what they did for a living. As a collector who has a pretty descent paying job, I struggle to purchase 1-2 statues a year without getting into debt. So I always was curious to see what other collectors did for work to fund this expensive hobby of ours. It’s a shame that there are people out there who do the things you mention.

It's so weird that people spend time trying to figure out information like that. It really is true that people will spend a lot of time focusing on actions that bring no value to themselves. But now we know that you "run businesses", and since they are multiple businesses, it is likely that you own them. That's great. Whatever you are doing, you must be doing it correctly.

People just want to know everything, I get curiosity but somethings are better off being kept hidden, Especially with how crazy people can get. My 'guess' is.. what you do for a living amounts to being fairly high up the chain. A manager of manager who manage other managers who over see those at ground level (the ones that lay the traps etc). While you are high up the chain, their are probably others above you, hence you had to move out of your office, which is no secret, as you mentioned moving office. Did you change role at the company? ..who's knows, as that was something you never disclosed. Maybe there was nothing to disclose. Your job does appear to include much air travel, which all points to a massive operation going on. Damn those pesky rodents. Something i have wondered, given the amount of statues you pre_order - i wondered if they the statues form some sort of off-set related to Taxes.

A few found out because they googled upon establishing interest. They would typically come to me and I would ask them to keep it quiet.
