I think what just broke my brain was learning how big of a team you have. I think there's this illusion that every successful creator is like this unicorn genius, but it's humbling to know theres is actually a lot of strategy and teamwork going into growing a channel.

    TL;DR:
Start with Short-Form Video: Ideal for new creators due to simplicity and high ROI.
Audience Focus: Define and create content for a specific target audience or "avatar."
Master Core Skills: Prioritize content creation skills like scripting, filming, editing, and analyzing performance.
Monetization Ladder: Begin with platform payouts, add UGC deals, and move to brand partnerships and owned products.
Avoid Key Mistakes: Stay consistent with your niche, focus on audience value, and optimize systems for efficiency.

I’m that artist you spoke of created about 500+ videos and titled them what ever I felt until recently I’ve been taken a new approach that’s been far more effective and being in between that 5-7 range artist engineer. Asking the simple question using AI as an assistant “What is my faith audience actually searching for based on this message. It’s been changing things. Lastly, shorts on my other platforms have shown me not too run away from them but lean in. Thank you for all the value you give.

    One thing.
I'm about to go in on TH-cam and I plan on making two channels one short form and one long form.
I have the skills so that aint a problem. Based on what you've shared I'll start with the short form and post a long form after every say 10 shorts. Both will be different content tailored for the format but all will be under the same brand and hence same avatar.
    What do you all think?
PS. I hear if you try shorts and longs on the same account it doesn't work. The algo gets confused, and your short audience doesn't watch your longs.

This one hits deep, I made this mistake too: "You need to pick the audience Avatar that you believe in the most that has the biggest potential
based on what you're authentically interested in and stick directly to that. I should have picked only Tech, but I picked Tech and Brand and Lifestyle and Travel Vlogs, I picked so many things, the algorithm wasn't able to digitally replicate what my avatar was so it didn't know where to serve my stuff."
I guess the example of one of the best marketing companies in the world is "Red Bull" I believe they have more than 100 channels around all the platforms!
It would be perfect if you could analyze what they do well and what they can do better!

Depends on the product, I think it’s easier to get short-form working than long-form because there are less skills to master, but agreed, for most businesses long-form will drive more sales.

      It might, my thinking:
      1. If it gets banned, the demand will flow to IG (good if you make shorts)

      3. If it doesn’t get banned, business as usual (good if you make shorts)
