Nim is probably the biggest case of "good art, uncanny model"
I don't like gorg or Percival in the overworld. Their artworks sell them better but even considering just those I'm still not a fan of either one. The only thing with Nim is her shoes and ?feathers? Tail? Is bigger and bushier than you'd expect based on her art work. Newt's portrait could've been done way better; it made me not interested in her for a long time.

Nim was one of my first gacha rares, and I honestly kinda like her design. Also helps that my first playthrough I almost exclusively played as Rex with knuckle claws, because the Feral Uppercut art was too satisfying to pass up. And, for what it’s worth, I still look forward to each installment of this series! It’s really made me want to play Xc2 again, and I appreciate the work you put into each episode!
I like when you unlock nodes in her skill tree. She's interacting with Kit and Sunny, sometimes sounding like a lunatic doing so.
Also, even without knowing the in and outs of this game I realized she was pretty good blade. I was getting healed out of nowhere and I liked it. Her quest is a little tedious but still cute in the end. Pretty ironic when you pull her on Morag with her 'hate' of Mor Ardain.

It’s always nice to learn about more of the tons of strategies in this game.
I think of Nim and Crossette as the fusion combo pair, like how Patroka and Adenine expose the enemy’s elemental weaknesses

I super enjoy these breakdowns. Hearing how you breakdown these abilities is super awesome and helps as i’m putting together an RPG myself. Even the percents and numbers are great as they help provide context for me.

Im actually rewatching most of your stuff at the moment since i finished xc3. You MASSIVELY increased my knowledge of both ganes and even tho it was already my favourite gamesseries ever, you made me enjoy the games even more. Probably could have commented this on a more recent video. But the start of this one made me wanna comment how much i appreciate your content.

I'm just getting around to watching this the day after the Smash reveal, and I'm getting a chuckle out of all the coincidences - all the talk of Smashing, mentions of "if you really like Pyra," and a brief cameo by the Massive Melee Mythra aux core.
I can, I just began playing XC2 last week for the first time, still on my first playthrough and I have been watching a lot of your videos in general including all of the theory/lore fun type videos. So thank you for your hard work, a lot of the combat and blade related ones really help out.

Nim is just super underrated IMO. She combines offense, support, and healing in a way only Fiora and Crossette can truly match, and to be third fiddle to Fiora and Crossette is no shame at all.
I still love this series! Following these guides has gotten me back into playing xenoblade 2

My man, I love this series so much that I regularly rewatch most of its episodes.
It makes me appreciate both the effort you put into your videos and the game itself so much more.
You've inspired me to do no less than three separate playthroughs on Bringer of Chaos (two of which didn't make use of Corvin at all - I would have failed horribly if not for your amazing guides!) and to beat all the challenges on all difficulties, except for Max Custom Difficulty for the time being.
You're a massive inspiration, and I sincerely hope you'll cover the rest of the blades so I can go "this blade can do WHAT NOW" even more often.
Oh, and the only reason I'm not watching Xenosaga is because I intend to play it myself. Really hoping for a remaster or re-release of some sort, don't really want to use an emulator unless I have to.

I’d be interested in a Shulk video. I wanna use him in an NG+ run soon, ngl this series made me want to do a hard mode run of XC2. Never realized how broken Crosette was because I couldn’t find her NPC back at release and didn’t end up trying.
The series is still useful for going over what's good or bad about the blades
But since the "how to use" part is always just how to maximize damage as player controlled using the same few build strategies as everything else, I think it could be better to go over how each blade could be setup to be the most effective party support on the AI party members, like what blades synergize together on an ai driver from their stat mods and elements etc

Nim lvl 3 is so good, huge aoe range, multiple hits and strong burst heal, she was my go to knuckle blade healer plus the two creatures on her back reminds me of ashton anchors from star ocean 2, my fav sword character from a jrpg and also from one of my fav jrpgs
Been struggling with bringer of chaos difficulty and since nim seems like a better blade than some of the others i pulled going to really try to work on her affinity chart didn't realize she could be so good
this is the first time in months i saw a blade review in my recommendations and immediately went ahead and watched it, keep it up!

You're teaching me so much about blades I thought to be useless so if you can please do continue those lol. I need to check out Nim, I've been trying to get the volcano DOT strategy to work but its so rng for me whether I get a strong effect or not so still playing around with this
How come your smashes increase the dmg that much if corvin doesn't have any high fusion combo boosts? And fusion combo bonus is only applied on the smash or.... Really no idea how to increase the dot damage efficiently. Does the fusion combo bonus stack up through the driver combo and get applied on the smash?
basically smash does a bigger increase if you don't "technically" get a fusion combo DOT even though the damage applied on the fusion but not the combo itself

I'd be so sad if you ended the series before covering the torna blades! Some of them still don't have an in depths analysis on yt, it'd be fun to show all they can do (well, we've probably seen enough Perdido for a lifetime, but that was an S+ tier video)
