    I don't know what niche to choose, im thinking cybersecurity but, I don't even know if it's good?

      It for sure is. All niches are good as long as you learn them

    Hi leevi i was looking at the commerical real estate niche and was doing some research on it. It looks like they make around 20,000 per a sale with around a 2% average close rate. Do you think this niche would still work? I think id have to do a lot more volume since the leads are worth less

      There is for sure agencies making good money in that niche but could not tell you since have not been in this niche myself or know many people in there.
      If you have experience in the market, 100% go for it!

    Hey leevi, I've been watching your videos for 2 weeks. I live in the country which is not spoken english and My english level not so good. But I can explain myself basicly. Is there any instance of someone being successfull despite having low-middle level english.

      When I started my English wasn't great either. It's just a limiting belief in your head you use as an excuse

    Hi Leevi, I just discovered you today and I'm going through some of your videos. Do you think this model would work as well in countries such as Spain?

    • @leevieerola
      @leevieerola  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yeah I think Spain (or any country with their own native language + low sophistication audience) works amazingly well!
      Ofc total addressable market is smaller but due to lower sophistication, you'll get higher booking rates etc. so it won't matter.
      100% works!

    Thoughts on the restaurant saas b2b space?

    • @leevieerola
      @leevieerola  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Can have some nice deal sizes for example if the SaaS is priced per employee.
      Have seen people killing in that space.

    For how much would you price booked appointments instead of cold or warm leads ?

    • @leevieerola
      @leevieerola  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Booked appt imo should be around $200 - $1000
      Ofc there's a lot of nuance to this.
      If you are booking calls with C-Level execs of aerospace companies for a $20,000,000 aerospace consulting offer (or something like this), you could probs charge $20,000 per call booked.
      But for the average B2B offer, I'd say between $200 - $1000 depending on the niche, level of decision maker, tam etc.

      @@leevieerola wow thank you for replying I was thinking of starting small like with agencies just for testimonials then go with big businesses once they know I offer value

    Hey Leevi
    How do you tackle the new changes in cold email with the spam rate threshold of 0.3% on Google and Yahoo - considering that your abuse reports have to be below 1 out of a 1000 emails?

    • @leevieerola
      @leevieerola  11 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      There is def workarounds that issue & we are already working on those.
      Ofc won't have a 100% accurate protocol yet but would not be worried about it at all.
      Actually I think it's a bigger advantage that it's a harm since the harder cold email becomes, the more valuable your offer will become if you know how to execute the right protocol.
      So I'm actually pretty excited about it 🔥
