thanks because i went to urgent care and they gave me crutches but put them on the wrong setting so my doctor i saw put it on the right setting and i been trying to keep my blances on the crutches to sometimes almost losing it and almost fall but i learned how to blances on them now

How do you navigate stairs when you're non weight-bearing?
So I don’t have great balance, is there a way I can get better with my balance? If so can you make a video about it?
Im having a lateral release and plica resection and will be on crutches during winter. Any advice?

Cant understand why elbow crutches havent made it to N. America yet. Why would you risk injuring your shoulder / brachial plexus putting them under your armpits?
