    I sprained my ankle and i got to walk alot around school so i might need crutches 😂

    I wish I had someone to help me I have no one everyone that said that was going to come haven't just me and it sprung ankle and I was thinking I need a bath this is a

    thanks because i went to urgent care and they gave me crutches but put them on the wrong setting so my doctor i saw put it on the right setting and i been trying to keep my blances on the crutches to sometimes almost losing it and almost fall but i learned how to blances on them now

    Im having a lateral release and plica resection and will be on crutches during winter. Any advice?

    Cant understand why elbow crutches havent made it to N. America yet. Why would you risk injuring your shoulder / brachial plexus putting them under your armpits?

    You need staircase instructions for non-weight bearing leg/foot.
