I believe it is, I remember browsing the comments and someone putting a link to watch it. You can't really see Burnie but you can hear everyone shout Burnie and see a little crowd running in the background.

Replaying the video I noticed that
Michaels voice can sound as angry or serious as he needs but when he's joking around or having fun he always has that little shit eating grin on his face.

Rewatching this years later I’m realising they probably sent him back because it would have caused them more problems if the stadium was caught selling alcohol to underage college students
I don't think so. They could have just tossed him out, with no consequences.
They don't sell alcohol in the UT stadium. Everyone gets drunk in the parking lot and possibly sneak in drinks with them into the stadium once the game starts.

Went looking for footage, search results came up with the Red River Showdown in 1990. There's a moment where you see what could be a couple of people doing this but usually sporting events don't acknowledge runners and even just switch the cams so they can't be seen as not to encourage others to run/streak as well.

I never know if when Miles is on the podcast and he has one of those loud laughing fits - if everyone else is sat praying that he will stop soon. XD
I don't want to say he's annoying because of it because Miles is awesome and he helped bring us RWBY, but I always cringe every time he does this XD

Probably an unpopular opinion but imma say it straight Michael had a very ugly personally back then that's what made him my least fav AH I used to cringe every time he cursed out and insulted his wife but at least he got sweeter with age which was nice.
theDJay01 same, when he wasn't doing ragequit back then and let's playing with everyone is when I liked him more. Now he's got like a good balance of goofiness and anger thats fun to watch.
