I love these videos so much. I normally don't watch the podcasts and the RTAAs always cut out so much content. Having the full stories like this is so much better. Keep them coming!
This is the story about that one joke that Simmons doesn't want to go to Vegas and I love it that they're telling the real life story that gust the guy who plays him doesn't want to go
@@ilovepie You get to choose who you are in the van. But if you choose to be Gus and don't get out, the visor clamps onto your head and forces you to watch a 5 hour virtual road trip to Vegas in real time.
Is Gus really being unreasonable here? Sure, it was over the top, but that's just 'cause he was drunk. I agree, that Burnie shouldn't have kept pressuring him to go to Vegas in the middle of the night if he did t want to. I don't even like going across town if it isn't planned a few hours prior.
A better course of action would've been to just drop Gus off at the hotel, and then go, rather than have him get a taxi to go there in the dead of night haha
@@Mrgamer7281 😂😂 ik I'm 8 months late but somebody (I think Gavin or Gus) on a podcast ages ago said that "taking a flight to Vegas" should be a saying for dying
Dylan Hale oh you know what? I think it’s because one of them was on a plane or heard of someone being on a plane going to Vegas where someone died. Maybe it was also a recurring thing someone dying on a plane to Vegas. This is kind of unrelated, but it reminds me of the joke that whenever someone gets Ebola, they get the sudden urge to go to the airport lol. Heard that one from Bill Burr. Whenever you hear of an Ebola outbreak it’s because someone with it went on a plane lol.
@@Mrgamer7281 yeah I just remember something about that being brought up and then I think Gavin said "That should just be a saying, when someone dies say that they took a flight to Vegas"
I love that Gus is self-aware of how fucking stubborn he is
Anyone else feel weird seeing beardless Burnie on the top of the screen, while staring at two bearded Burnies on the bottom?
Necrikus not really. Burnie’s Face is 9 time’s outta ten Bearded. His beard is like default mode in our minds.
"A sketchy ass part of L.A.", I believe that's called all of it
there was a lot of unanswered questions from the AA. this clears a lot up
I love how Michael pretty much guessed what Gus wrote before he left XD
Much prefer the 2D than the 3D. Looks better and more pretty
I'm with Gus on this one. I would't go on a spur of the moment 5 hour drive (with contacts in)
3:23 XD didn't they animated that?! It would have been hilarious!
ikr😂😂
Gus is me in a nutshell when I get aggravated

Michael looks like Scott Pilgrim in this video.
Jeff The Theorist he does look like Micheal Cera

“Gus, you are such a stubborn fuck!” “I am!”
im so glad that you're here to do these
also, awesome 진도
Can't wait until the 4D version comes out.

When i first watched the animation i instantly was like oh gus was probobly drunk
Having seen the cheese master in action none of this surprises me now.
Big fan of your editing. I gotta remember to Thumb Up every one of these I see
Man this is awesome, Jordan is up'ing his game
i just realized the hotel sign said "R Hotel"
GENIUS
+ashli smashli I don't get it...
+Jane St. Valentine
Gus said "I went back to *our* hotel". "Our" sounds like "r" so when Jordan animated it, he put a sign that said "R Hotel".
*re-listens* ...Oh yeah! You are indeed correct, sir/madam!
Jane St. Valentine That is sir ;)
Okay, just wanted to be sure. ;)
Holy crap Michael still looks like such a lad here.
2:49 Speaking of lost dogs, my dog, Murphy went missing today, but we found him shortly afterwards.

Burnie can be pretty unreasonable. Just watch some of his rants on the podcast.

Yeah when I watched this I was totally confused about WHY Gus hated Vegas. This clears it up.
a five hour drive just to go to vegas, that's a 10 hour drive there and back, definitely not worth it
They aren't going back. They are going back to Texas
@@yeet4073 But Gus went back to his hotel and packed his stuff, which means that all their stuff was in LA and they would have to go back for it.
Miss these guys
They look so young
Michael looks like he just got out college
thank you sooo much!!!
i wish they made more 3d animated skits like that
At least they didn't go to Vegas on a plane
It’s 3 years later and I don’t have a clue what I was talking about reading this now. Anyone know what I’m referencing?

Dylan Hale Yeah it rings a bell in my head like crazy but I can’t remember the exact origin of it. I’ll probably look it up later.
Conscious to learn
I felt like I was watching inception during this video
Matt Stender why?
Realise I am slowly turning into Gus:/
i like the new type of animation
This is awesome
How much harder was this to make than the normal ones?
Much.
i would just like to point out that putting stick figures into 3D seems pretty pointless.
Wow the rtaa really makes Gus look worse than the irl story
Finally I've found the answer.
I 15 is a nice road to drive on
Awesome, but still prefer the 2-D
matts hair is differnt color when 3D and 2D
Burnie sounds like foghorn leghorn I said I said I said
Not going to lie, i would have probably done the same thing Gus did. Haha
Gus has a nice burrbury polo
to this day, no one knows why gus didnt wanna go to vegas
TheEpicCorgi He explained why.
The movie "Contact" is what I heard.
Michael looks so young
I miss Burnie
I don't usually ship things but I definitely ship Burnie and Gus...
so... would their ship name be Bus?
yes exactly.
Or Gurnie
What about Michael and Gavin?
Geoff and Gus
To be fair, most of LA is pretty sketchy....
After watching this years later, I know see how fucking weird and childish Gus was being
who doesn't wanna go to Vegas .... strange one is he
Can't touch this
Only five dislikes, congrats dude
Oof 'transvestite alley' is that a real place or is this just an unfortunate relic?
Some people still prefer the term
