Every time I go shopping and see a single stick of butter for sale I have to remind myself to not mail one to Burnie. Maybe that’s why he’s moving... to get away from the unsolicited butter.... that and the TV hole thing

Just look up "RT Podcast Burnie's TV" and you'll find a compilation of him talking about it and arguing with everyone.
Basically, his home came with a huge projection TV built into the wall, and he was having trouble gaming with it. Everyone tells him to just get rid of it and buy a new TV. Burnie says he can't because of the hole in the wall.

Sticks: Actively cooking something, and want to use pre-measured amounts (Or at least get close).
Tubs: scoop out as needed to spread on toast, bagles, muffins, or when a dish just needs some butter after its cooked.

    B) a stick of chocolate would be a Toblerone or something, a tub of it is Nutella.
    C) Stop melting the goddamn butter with this heated argument.

"so we all agree margarine is garbage, but butter can be served in tubs like margarine which is much more convenient. You hate margarine so much that you won't buy butter in a tub because it reminds you of margarine, despite the fact that it contains butter and says butter on the outside of the tub? You're willing to put up with inconvenient butter because butter in a tub looks too much like it's cosplaying as margarine?"
    Bernie: (long pause)... Yes.

Bernie has such righteous indignation for people using flawed logic when they are trying to demonstrate that his logic is flawed by example. He uses flawed logic, the people around him use the same logic in an example which makes it clear how flawed it is, and he acts like they are using different logic than him, having the same reaction to them that any reasonable person should have to him.

I only buy my butter (Kerrygold) in block form, so technically it is 1 fat stick of butter, but it equates to 2 sticks of butter that is traditionally purchased in the US. Depends on if you consider a stick a unit of measurement or a description of shape, as to whether this counts.
