In OZ we pay for the jet boil bottle as you call it or Primus $12 for the 1 pounder $28 and for the Korean $1.We have a Brand here called Gasmate who have the $1 cans wich will work with Heaters,Lamps and stove at the end of the Day the Dollar can is the go.Cheers
now I have realized what I need, to connect that one lb propane tank to that #2- 3 legged adapter so I can run propane to my stove sitting on that stand from a propane tank
Sheridan Webster just to be even more accurate the LPG bottle says 16 oz of propane which is where we get the 1 lb from also when measuring liquid of any kind 1gal is always the same.
Where can I buy one of those Adapters Would Home Depot, Lowes, Or Wal Mart Carry them.? Does it come with that Burner that you are using,? Or is that your Burner that you took off your stove.?
in theory, if you are very careful you could use this adapter to refill mixed gas canisters. you would need a refill adapter to connect the 2 cans together as well as an adapter for the butane cans. you will also need an accurate digital scale. you would fill the empty canister with butane first at the proper amount because it has a lower vapor pressure, then you would fill the propane afterwards but you have to be careful with the weights of both fuels to prevent the canister from bursting.
@@randytricker8585 no. search for butane adapter or butane adaptor and you can usually find them. thee are 3 types, the tripod version shown in this video, a tripod version that has a hose that connects to the butane can and the basic adapter version that connects to the butane can and gives you a screw-on connection.
Hey Friend, Im looking for a LPG canister to butane stove (not isobane, but the korean butane stove)...i have a korean butane stove top and heater that runs off of korean canister...i want to run them on lpg canisters. There is one on amazon for 28 but its a part of a kit and not by itself...i may just buy it. I could alway use another stove. Do u know of a lpg to korea canister adaptor?
i want to connect my campingaz cp250 stove to a cv470 gastank what kind of connection hose do i need i know they exist but idk the name/model/make or nr of it thnx keep up the videos 🤛

Just to be a little more accurate. 1 pound of LPG is closer to 32 fluid ounces. LPG is about half the density of water.

At the 4:39 mark, we are conflating weight ounces w/ fluid ounces, leading to unnecessary confusion. The gas container numbers all refer to weight.
