- Here's the latest from my shop. Sole authorship. Forged 52100, 416 stainless guard, copper/G10 spacers, Hawaiian Koa handle and tooled leather sheath with 416 stainless stud.

That sheath is gorgeous.
Always makes me happy to see bowie knives without the full tang handle. They always feel bulkier and less ergonomic imo

I am so glad to see you back. I stumbled upon your videos after you had already completed the Joe Paranee Bowies. I watched every one of them, only to find out that you hsd had life bite you in the backside. I was really upset about it. I hoped that you were serious about not giving up knife making, but that last video wasn't very encouraging.
I did, however, get enough inspiration to build my first real knife. It is based loosely on that knife.
I can not live long enough to attain your skill level, but I think I have found a new hobby, at 67 years old.
Thanks for the inspiration, and instruction. Glad you're back. I see that you haven't lost any of your skillset in your absence.
