Are all the closed restaurants and storefronts normal for Parra now? It used to be booming there, there was barely any seats left in any restaurant when I last dined. sad to see. Hopefully the light rail helps bring life back to eat street.
No, it was closed as this was filmed early in the morning when restaurants aren’t open. That area of Church St is busier typically during lunch and dinner hours and quieter at other times. Hopefully the light rail will bring some more life back to the area
