I’m 42 and me and my mates have been living our childhood dreams with this game as we loved that movie as kids! They apparently are making a soft reboot of the movie starring Rick Moranis. Not sure if it’s a definite thing though.
But yep. Loving the game! I always think if I was to go show my young self this game was something to play in the future I would have lost it!

Really wish the gold cards did something. Like a damage bonus towards them.
I swear they do a slight damage bonus because I think as soon as I got it for mites when farming for the assassin mutation they took two hits instead of three with the pebblet dagger. And the second hit was just barely not enough so maybe it's a 10% damage bonus.

Im 6 hours in😊, died quite a few times getting to the hedge lab. Only have a small storage camp , trying to get some armor and decide where to settle down. Its challenging to stay alive, but fun.
Early on, craft a red ant club (weevil one shot) and a spear (aphid one shot) and make a ton of roasting spits and load em up with food so you don’t struggle every day looking for food. Kill more thoughout the days to stay stocked up. And when you unlock it, make at least 2 dew collectors for each player, never running out of water again and never looking for it either.

Just found out i have 1,319 hours on grounded... ive been playing since the hedge lab was given a purpose rather than a hole in a tube u can jump into 😭I remember trying to get into the hole so many times, it was sooo hard.
I have about 50 hours yet I haven’t been to the pond lab

@@bigred42044 I have enjoyed it. It doesn’t look as well as play station or Xbox but good enough to still enjoy it. I never noticed anything that hindered my game play.

@@aftereight5266 idk about best. I have level 2 weapons my Axe and mosquito needle are upgraded to level three. I have mutation packages that go best with them. I just made my way to the right side of the map to mess with horn beetles to get level 3 stuff. But so far I have the hedge and pond labs done. Where are you at?

I got caught up and not upgrading things I think it's probably the most important thing you should do. Don't go past level 3 upgrades on your most favorite things until your level 3 equipment. Maybe even more cuz I'm not there yet
@@aftereight5266 I'm currently rocking ladybug armor. And I kind of murder everything except for that black widow so far
