What about Levelhead? The Megaman inspired levels I've seen in it are awesome. Levelhead's editor is vastly superior to Mario Maker's. I'm not sure if even Megaman Maker has a yellow devil boss, but you can simulate one perfectly in Levelhead.

TBH I considered making them in the Night Sky theme to do that, but ultimately settled on the Underwater Theme just because I thought it looked better (I created the levels)

REALLY LOVED the way you designed the giant air-tiki gremlin heads in Air Man's stage.
