    Sir it would be a great help if you could make a video on clinical examination in hernia with special emphasis on how to identify and palpate important landmarks and structure like superficial ring deep ring, femoral opening etc. How does it changes with patient presentation like in a obese patient "how do I make sure that my fingers are actually on they place they should be during examination"

    Sir but breast density is appreciable on ultrasound too...soo before 40 years of age...we can determine the breast density from ultrasound.
    Sir, Please correct me if I am wrong.

      Sensitivity of mammography increases with age ,so its done after 40 but in young women with dense breasts , mammogram is difficult to interpret ,so USG is done before 40 with an advantage of differentiating solid and cystic lesions

    Why isn't it explained that only reason why dense breasts are a risk for cancer is because radiologists can't read it correctly on a mammogram it's missed so therefore I would suggest that it doesn't mean women that are older cuz I'm 60 and I still have dense breasts so we should get ultrasounds mine was not seen in an MRI at all and was not detected in a mammogram as well it's only detected in an ultrasound.

  • @1gafe-tg6ke
    @1gafe-tg6ke 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

    After having an ultrasonography of both the breast, the following things are detected.
    1) Bilateral breast parenchyma appears normal.
    2) Prominent fibroglandular tissues are noted.
    3) No lesion is seen.
    4) Skin and subcutaneous tissue appears normal on both sides.
    5) Ducts are not dilated.
    6) Nipple appears normal on both sides.
    7) No axillary lymph nodes are seen.
    Is it Breast Cancer or SIGN of Breast Cancer? or More Tests need to be done to confirm?
    Can I talk to you please🙏?
