Suppose if someone diagnosed with initial stage of Gynaecomastia (Grade 1) & he started donating blood / platelet on regular basis. Will it stop further growth / development of Gynaecomastia due to estrogenic hormone loss through donated blood / plasma???

Both general and local , depends on grade of gyno . Grade 1 can be done in local but grade 2 nd above one should go general.
Mostly incision is given at nipple areolar junction..
No visible scars remains after post surgery
