What's crazy is I was in the Navy and lived in Alongapo on Fendler St back in the 80's. My father listened to Junior Walker when I was a kid in Philly and all of his music grew in me. Great video.
I was sitting in a bar in Subic bay , PI and feeling lonely . A group of guys were playing music with a lead sax..... and dropping some good tips I requested this song. They played it as if Junior Walker had taken over the stage ! I,m 64 years old but I clearly remember that .
Been to Subic Bay myself. Or better known as, Olongopo City. Them people in the PI can play anything! Country, Jass,R&B, rock. You name it. I'm 70 now but I remember those days....

Wonderful rendition of this song. You can tell that these musicians are extremely versed in their trade. Hats off to this great performance and to the audience that showed Love for Junior Walker and the band that performed. I love you all Bill.

Ahhhh Yes! Fendler st, right off Magsaysay in Olongapo. Many years ago. I lived with family in Sta Rita while working on base. US Navy.
