This machine is insane. I can’t wait for you guys to get your hands on Polaris’s new Xpedition…. Also, I don’t understand why people complain about the price of machines like this…. They’re expensive. If you don’t want to spend that kind of money on a SxS they make plenty of less expensive units - Not only Polaris, but every other manufacturer as well…. They build machines like this and people buy em’! I don’t see the big deal. It’s not like they’re brochures only have one model that’s $50,000…. Great content gents!
Thank you for stopping to educate people on why there are expensive, nice things. I sometimes forget and react with sticker shock to such pricey machines even though I'm a corporate pilot. We need to be mindful that premium features and integration are costly until the technology has time to scale up and become cheaper and more available. Insane machine.
Excellent video and walk-around. Thank you. I love just about everything including the awesome versatile back seat area. My concern is the tight trails we sometimes ride.

from what i understand usable is how far the suspension will travel from full droop until the machine hits the ground and cannot travel further. now i could be way wrong but i think thats what they mean
Polaris use the term usable travel because the way they design their suspension, when it fully compress, the skid plate is still at 4" from the ground to let some room because the tires deform when you land from a jump and you don t want the frame to hit the ground every time you bottom out. So they add 4" of tire travel to the the the actual suspension travel number. Can am cant do that because they tried to win the travel war against polaris by making the x3 the maximum travel and only let 2" of loose before the frame hit the ground but polaris since use the term "usable travel" to sell they have more travel then can am...
Can AM X3 and Commander Max have longer wheelbase ,not a big deal just stating this because he said he thought the wheelbase on this pro R was the longest.
Love polaris, and want a new machine, however, the amount of problems and stop-drive’s out there due to them starting on fire, and then waiting in the lurch for months with no timeline on a fix has changed my opinion and looking to can-am. I love your channel (fellow canadian here) but i wish you covered those glaring known issues with the new machines.
Don't get me wrong, I've owned and enjoyed many SXS's but they're getting ridiculous. I get wanting more HP and suspension, but the fact is most people don't use it. It's became a status symbol more so than a fun hobby. Every time I see a sxs on the trail all their doing is either going through mud holes or riding 2mph on the trail jamming on gangster rap while clogging up the trails, and they seem to always ride in large packs so it makes it impossible to get around them. I switched back to atv because of the direction the sxs went.
Looking at the path that Polaris is taking, it’s look like they will want to compete with Jeep for example. I can imagine they will release legal road car in some years.
@@kevinmohr1946hahahaha I’d love to see a jeep up against this at Glamis out in the dunes! Some folks compare these types of SxS’s to jeeps - those people have no clue what they’re talking about. This model would blow the doors off a jeep as it flies over dunes 8’ off the ground!

Still hearing quite alot of problems with them which doesn’t surprise me whatsoever. For the price tag the quality just isn’t there . For 25k a base Turbo RR RS 72” wide X3 will serve me far far better and just as fast .
