You need to beat the game in less than 2 and a half hours. Use only 2 syringes in the entire game. You need a accuracy rate of over 90%. (only weapon count not knife,axe etc) You can only save 5 times in the entire game. You MUST be in Nightmare difficulty.

@@slood This isn't meant to entertain you though, this is a speedrun and in this category (i m guessing this is a NG+ setting and has its own rules and category in the leaderboards) he is using everything at his disposal to beat the game as fast as possible, not using the op strats (glitches, exploits, ng+ stuff) in a category were you are allowed to would both be dumb and slower, again, this isn't for you, this is for a world record.
