I love this so much. Cry of Fear was my favourite game as an angsty teenager going through a very shitty life, was what kept me from completely snapping and alt+f4 myself. Watching this video made me super emotional, seeing such a beloved game getting the treatment it deserves. Amazing job!

Cry of Fear perfectly captures what I go through on a daily basis with my Schizoaffective disorder. The way it's framed, the way it just shows Simon's tiring journey into madness, it's all perfect to me. I love the split second shot at 00:53 where his face is concealed in darkness as he points the workhorse for his survival, the glock. I relate too much to Simon nowadays and I'm so happy everyone is joining in making great content on a game that was most likely remembered as one of many at the time "Scary game in 2012". Thank you so much for making this. I just wish there was a remake or even a remaster, but something tells me it wouldn't exactly capture the original spirit or even same vibe/look. A shame we might never find out.

I love how the animation of different objects differs from each other, this is most visible between the animation of weapons, shots and reloads, and Simon's character. They are fluid, while in the latter case the same procedure was used as in "Spider-Man Uniwersum" as if at times some frames were missing, which made the character animation look as if it was "stuttering". Ngl it's my fav video. I can watch this all the time.

I really like how each expression is oozing personality, definitely a perfect love letter to COF. I actually really like this design for Simon too, he looks much more rugged and scarred, really fits his character considering what he's been through. Also I guess it's good he doesn't look like Andreas considering Andreas is a... really really bad person But I really hope you make more stuff in this style, it's super impressive and it definitely shows the 5 MONTHS of effort put into it. As someone who has animated before and respects COF, I'm extremely impressed.

A couple of the funny bits like Simon doing the California Girls dance, hitting a witch with a chair, and giant Desert Eagle made me chuckle. (Also, I love the fact that you turned the quick-select noise into Simon turning on his phone camera at 1:20) Brilliant work. Subbed.

I have rewatched the Cry of Fear video that pyro made so many times now, and completed the game a handful of times. He got me to play the game and his video still remains as a video I watch to the end quite often. Cry of Fear really is so underrated and special. I'm glad there are still people that love the game as much as I do. I myself am trying to learn SFM and know how time consuming and difficult it can be to work with so I have nothing but respect for the time and effort you put into this animation. Great work!
