Patechauds are the French pastries, together with spring rolls and banh cam, they are the Vietnamese signatures. Everyone loves them. Thanks for sharing good food Phúc.
Appreciate you coming to Oklahoma! Hopefully there’s a next time you’ll be able to explore and check out more of okc. Really loved talking with you and sharing life stories.
So cool! You are so down to earth, meeting all your fans and subscribers. If you ever in Orange County, CA. Would be awesome to have a chance to see you. Stay awesome!
I recognize that hotel - I love the crispy breakfast potatoes and made-to-order omelettes there. Hope you had a good time in Norman, looking forward to stopping at Paris Banh Mi next time I'm in town!
That is what it takes to bring you to OK, just a plane ticket and a hotel room. You did a great job representing for them Phuc . You can't say Sriracha ? Would love to see you out here in Cali when Dustin is back in San Diego visiting his family.
Absolute genius move to fly him out and have them try their grand opening. I love the way they say 'we follow you everywhere!' (meaning on every social media) but it sounding like they were saying 'yeah we followed you here!' lmao And while I'm not the most religious guy, but like to still practice the values I learned as a kid at Church, I definitely believe things happen for a reason. This is one of those things.
Great video, it looks delicious and the coffee looks huge! You should definitely come to Montreal, we have a huge Vietnamese community and a lot of tasty authentic food!!

Really thoughtful of you to help out business with shoutouts but it seems like Paris banh mi is very well established already. It would be way better and cool if you were to go to a small local shop that really needs the shoutouts for their business
Nice video man! Không thể nào ngon hơn ở Vietnam được. I traveled throughout the states a while back and only a few Vietnamese shops in other states (i'm in SoCal) had pretty good Bánh mì. But the majority of them were decent, có nghĩa là ăn được , chứ không có ngon.
Ok, so, I live in Rochester, NY, and I typically eat the Ba/nh Mi\ from Buffalo, NY, which is surprisingly good. But once in a while, my in-laws go to Toronto, Canada, and come back with the Ba/nh Mi\ from there. Amazing stuff. Even after that long trip, all you have to do is toss the baguette in an oven.
I saw it firsthand with the nail techs at my brother-in-law's nail salons. Whoever is making a trip to a city with Banh Mi will bring some back fro everyone
Awwwee I live in Oklahoma but I’m in Vũng tàu right now till 4/26. If you are back in VN by 4/26 come visit Vũng tàu 😛 but love the video and thanks for visiting and showcasing Oklahoma!
I prefer Banh Mi in Vietnam over the states, the reason is the bread. The bread in Vietnam has a thin crunch and super airy interior, bread in the states is much more dense.
Gotta try when we come through Oklahoma. Next time you are in Houston area, Vietwich is a hidden gem (not really hidden) in the greater Houston area.😉🤤
brooo, come to OC westminster (little saigon), we got a banh mi shop here called "banh mi dealer" at disneyland, gourmet banh mi, pork belly, hot sandwhiches only. Definately high quality authentic you dont see anywhere else at your typical tradional banh mi choices. We gonna take you out too to all the other places to eat of course
Heyyyaa! TH-cam recommended me this video on my feed and its really well presented! Kudos to the work that you're doing 😊 by the way I was wondering if I could help you edit your videos and also make highly engaging shorts out of them. But I'm not really sure if it is the best time?
No siracha on bánh mì. You are a sport for it. Meaning my heart says you like Vietnamese bánh mì in preference.😜👊👍💕. I live in America and only a few if any bánh mì places i approved .
All of the videos have subtitles available. Some of them I will burn the subtitles in the bottom, but if not, just hit the CC button and choose your language in the settings. (I will have the 100% English subtitles on this video by the morning though)
I'm from the states, and nothing beats the banh mi in Vietnam. Southern CA has some good spots but nowhere in the US has the same taste as the banh mi in VN. And it is "patecheau" :)
Paris Banh MI can't touch Boston Bakery's food, especially the banh mi dac biet. Boston Bakery is down the street from Paris Banh MI in Orlando. One is Americanized. One is like being transported to Saigon.
9:41 In 🇫🇷 it’s bad luck to eat the sandwich this way (the crust has to be on the top). French superstition which said the bread with the crust down was for the « Executioner ». 🪓 😅👍

OMG i'm half vietnamese and you speak it better than me! wooOOF wooof!
The food looks delicious! Spreading the word about good Vietnamese cuisine. Love your channel. I'm going to Vietnam in July.
That's the plan! Thanks for enjoying the content
Yeah if I had one by me I would go today, but once I'm in the area of one of these places, I'm so there.
Vào cuối năm thời tiết mát mẻ ở Việt Nam
Spreading joy as always. Much love and props!
That's the goal, thanks for always watching!
There's a big Vietnamese community in Oklahoma. Those banh mi s are huge, too. It's a very good value for the price.
I had no idea, but it was cool to see a lot of the Vietnamese college students come out from Oklahoma University
Paris bahn mi is seriously the best! We don’t have one where I live but I’ve had the one from Florida and I dream about it all the time!
Loving the cinematic opening scene. I know that takes extra time and effort to create. Thanks for putting out a quality product.
Those are my favorite parts to make, other than the eating
Patechauds are the French pastries, together with spring rolls and banh cam, they are the Vietnamese signatures. Everyone loves them. Thanks for sharing good food Phúc.
So good! Perfect way to finish the video

I appreciate you taking the time to come out and say hi!
Love everything about this... the positiviy, quality product/brand/food/vlogger. The people of Norman are lucky to have this business.
Thanks for taking the time to watch
Im not Viet but love Vietnamese food
Amazing video Phúc! Thank you so much for talking and meeting with me.

If there’s a mutual benefit, I’ll fly just about anywhere. Hopefully I can share some more about the hot sauce situation in the near future!
@@phucmapvlog 👍would love to hear more about the hot sauce situation
So happy to receive video message my daughter got. I am a true fan of you and banh mi
Thank you so much, I’m happy to have made the video for you!
I’m missing banh mi. We don’t have Vietnamese food here in Portugal 😭 not in the algarve anyways.
I think you found a business opportunity over there, it’s up to you to open one now 🤔
Easy to make. Just need a good baguette.

Can't duplicate the fluffy baguettes like in VN. The water, elevation, humidity??
5:33 Bertrand Delanoë. 😊👍🇫🇷

FYI, Norman Oklahoma has a unique jalapeno pepper, I like them pickled.
I wish you would have told me that before I went!

Only when they bake their own bread, like Ba Le the place you visited in Dallas
" Bánh mì here " lmao i love the line 🤣
God is blessing me with TH-cam language teachers ❤❤❤❤❤

The restaurant looks so nice and modern!
I have to give them credit, they did an amazing job with the buildout

Not the same. Need that street dust, vehicle exhaust and no-gloves components.

Great looking restaurant and food. Come open some in the Dallas/Fort Worth.
Would be a great addition to your area. I have some videos from Dallas as well: th-cam.com/play/PL0W19YstpKVKIZoH5gaafaGZO4Nv13gGs.html
I went to Paris Banh Mi in Orlando last week
Did you move to the states or are you just visiting for a while?

@@phucmapvlog Actually I know perfectly to use Google translator and I'm proficient at English as well 🙃
Love your channel brotha. Great job; you are the man !!
Congratulations on your SUCCESS !!!
Thank you so much 👍, plenty more to come in the future
Nice restaurant! are there Paris Banh Mi in Orlando ?
with all the craziness in the middle east right now and ww3 right around the corner, Phuc Map comes in to save the day with a cheerful upload!

Do they have Paris Banh mi in Houston, Texas? Look so good Shouldn't they open one in cities with big vietnamese population like in houston, texas lol
There is a Paris Bánh Mì on Mason Rd in Katy. Not exactly in Houston proper but it’s in the Houston area.
When are you going back to Vietnam ?
Thanks Phúc
Can I get a .5 of you.... the first time I've ever heard that haha
I want Banh Mi now! What should I do?

Pâté chaud
Hay quá 👍
BROOOOO OKC STAND UP
I probly would not think a place selling korean dogs and banh mi would be any good if i was just walking around and saw the restaurant.
That pate so looks ngon vãi.
good use of Vietnamese vocab
Anyone who has eaten banh mi in Vietnam can’t go back to the banh mi in the US. You know what I’m talking about.
