9:02 You’re right. 😉👍 Liver is one of the most nutritionally dense foods on the planet, with significant amounts of iron, riboflavin, vitamin B12, vitamin A, and copper. 🤗♥️
I couldn't believe it but my local Walmart had chicken feet for sale. The first time I saw that and it was dirt cheap here. Like 2.00. Funny thing is I am going to Vietnam next week but had to cook that now! hahaha!
My man is near the intersection Cách Mạng Tháng 8 - Phạm Văn Hai. You should let me see my house located opposite Trường THCS Tân Bình. 🥹 My house is being rented as a small restaurant name Lẩu Gà Lá É. Oh man I am still remembering those street corner.
I’ll try the chicken feet. Walmart (where I live) sells chicken feet, heart, and liver, Phúc râu (tên mới nhe 😂). What kind of dipping sauce is that? It looks like cháo vậy? Hoàng sa reminded me of some event related to China… do u know what I’m talking about? 😂😂
I don’t live in Vietnam anymore but from a Vietnamese the best advice I can give you is that it’s best learn about your neighborhood and it’s will get frustrating for the first few month but as you continue to live there you will get to know the culture and the people and they will be the family you never knew you have
It's important to be respectful of cultural norms when addressing individuals, especially those who are well-known in their community like yourself, Phuc. In Vietnam, it may be considered impolite to refer to someone as "map", particularly if they are a famous TH-cam star.
I enjoy others eating vietnamese traditional dishes. But being vietnamese american myself, I can't help but think about the purpose of the gastrointestinal tract and its byproducts 😂
I believe, and please forgive my impudence if wrong, but sir, I have to say that to a discerning eye, it would seem in no uncertain terms, that that pun was intended.
I ate "pha/ la^/u" in grade school, "Qua^.n Nha^/t" [District 1]. Lots of nostalgia. I read that liver has a lot of iron [sa(/t]. Not sure which vitamin.

In America at Publix they do sell chicken’s feet, but I guess not real Americans eat it.
Good f you trying out new food, I even not eat this yet.

I can show you restaurants in the USA where they bring chicken feet out in huge portions.
