Thank God for you you've gotten over your loss.
At the same time, it was good you acknowledged those pastors that were kind to you. The person or people who decided to pay your children's school fees were kind as well. But for you rejoicing that you scammed them makes me wonder.

@@realtalkAuntyAdunni I just watched your video for the first time today. I was a member and a worker of the RCCG in Nigeria and abroad, but I left many years ago and I've returned to worship at a Baptist church abroad and God has been faithful. I believe your story. To me from my experience with the RCCG, I normally refer to them as a ''business centre''. It's all about the money, money, money, not about any genuine salvation of the lost souls. I just pity those members that still attend and think their Daddy GO is God, and everything he says must be obeyed. The RCCG still owes me money that I invested to buy shares for their satellite communication business when I was in Nigeria. Even after I've called the RCCG headquarters/redemption camp from abroad to request a refund, they never did. I don't trust all these so-called Pentecostal churches established by Nigerians (I am a Nigerian by the way),as you can see they are all worshipping Marmon. And no matter what you say, some of these RCCG members are personally invested in the business, and some are still in poverty but remains invested and their eyes are blind and ears are deaf, until the real God Almighty rescue them. Matthew 7:13-14). I will NEVER attend any church established by a so-called Nigerian Pastor or GO, ever again, as they are all the same (majority of them are scams presented as churches). This is my short contribution. Oro po ninu iwe kobo. Ki Olorun eledumare ko gba wa lowo awon woli eke, wooli jeunjeun.

    Good day ma,
I listened to your ordeal at Redeem Christian Church. And during the occasion of one of your video I listened to, you made mentioned that going for EVANGELISM is recruiting more slaves. In as much as I sympathized with you for the ordeal you pass through, I will not agree with you with that statement.
The cause of Christ that you believe is to evangelize the whole world for him.
The Lord says go an make disciples of me. Matthew. 28:19-20 and in Proverb. 11:30 says he that wineth souls is wise. Every man and woman will stand before Christ irrespective of the name they are called. That has ever been my cry to every one.
Ma, It will be good enough to correct that impression in the heart of those who may have come across such comments. They need to go ahead with the work of the Lord, may we not be weak and weary in the business of our Lord in JESUS name.
    Thanks and Be Blessed. Ajayi

Sorry about what you went through Auntie Adunni
God has been good to you through the tough times.
    The Bible is true
Give and it will be given to you.
It’s good to be a giver.
It’s unfortunate that many Christian ministers have exploited this giving to their own advantage

These are comments with deep bitterness in the heart. This is not healthy for her physically and spiritually. No one with bitterness in the heart will make it to heaven at the end of life. LIFE IS TRANSIENT. The LORD will HELP our dear SISTER to forgive all the pastors that offended her and RCCG as a church. No man, and no organization of men is perfect.

While I can't make a case for the church and the actors in your experience, I still think you are taking the grace and mercy of God towards you for granted. You arrogate too much to self, I hardly hear you mention God's involvement in your recovery. Your bitterness nurtures ingratitude to God. I can understand the feeling of neglect and betrayal when you needed the love and support of the church the most. Pastors/ brethren are humans with their shortcomings. That they came looking for you on their own should show you their conscience convicted them. But then, taking the laws into your hands is like telling God you could fight your fight...Much as I rejoice with you, I still think you need healing for your soul (bitter but true)
Congratulations on your "testimonies" but my sister, remember that America is not heaven.... The story continues. My prayer is that you find your place in Christ again ( note that I didn't say church) before the story ends.... And may it end really well for you in Jesus name.
Note also that yours is just a version of experience, there are also those who abused church's love and care. Supposing your husband didn't invest so much in the church, would you have felt this entitled? Yet, I think you were entitled for church's care and support as a window, irrespective of what your husband gave or did not give while he was alive.
May your husband's gentle soul rest in peace.

The word of God is yea and Amen. The Bible should be our compass not the church or Pastor. As a believer our relationship with God and Holy Spirit is Paramount. Whatever the church or pastor is saying, it needs to pass through the word and Holy Spirit confirmation. I believe that God does not forget his own, whatever we do for God is not a waste, I know even if you did not go back to church Ma, God will still raise help in another way. What you did is not a scam , you asked, the word of God tell us to ask and it shall be given to us because the church may assume that all is well with you, let us know that the Pastors, GOs are also human and not God, perfection can only be found in God . God is faithful. God bless you Ma and keep your prayer alter burning. Thank you

I am contemplating sending your channel to my RCCG sister and Deeper life sister, I don't want them to feel I am mocking them, these sisters of mine are totally entrenched in their churches, wasted their most productive years in the guise of serving God but actually serving the owners of their churches, both are now over 50 years, no husband, no children because they believe it the miracle of one man from nowhere coming to marry them.
It's been pain watching these sisters of mine waste away. Thank you again, I truly hope a lot of people get to watch and learn from you. Have a lovely evening

My explanation on first fruit offering as taught by my G. O.
These are the scriptures quoted as an insight into first fruit offering.
    1. Ex 34:26 The Bible claimed” Bring the best of the first fruits of your soil to the house of the Lord”.
The implication in my own opinion is that anything we have been blessed with via sowing of seeds and reaping, via income/ wages, via receiving gifts/ acts of giving by someone etc can be given to God.
    2. Proverbs 3:9 claimed “Honor the Lord with your wealth, with the first fruits of all your crops”(income/ increase).
    3. Romans11:16 claimed “For if the first fruit be holy, the lump is also holy; and if the root be holy, so are the branches”.
Giving first fruit offering is a choice in my own opinion. The Bible did not mention the negative side effect of not giving first fruit offering. Certain people derived their own ways of giving to God and in return they receive good measure, pressed down and running over.
Certain people receive breakthroughs and testify as a result of their first fruit offering.
Certain people give offering/ first fruit offering in another method as their heart desires and receive breakthroughs and blessings.

As much as I would be discrete and avoid mentioning names. I saw everything you said during my 1-year NYSC service during at RCCG, Kebbi State. I wasn't a worker, but there were incidents that made me question what was happening in the church. The Pastor complained, members were subjected to take full responsibility at that parish. Erect the building, pay the pastor, and meet their quota to the regional head at the end of the day. Imagine a pastor of a parish hungry and his children out of school. All the HQ could do was tell the pastor that he has to look for a job. He should not bank on the privilege of being a pastor. So, what is he doing for you as a church? No help came from the HQ. I can't say all that I noticed. I hope people would be enlightened and not be blinded by religion.

The truth is we are easily scammed by these pastors because we believe their teachings rather than scripture that God left for us. Nigerian churches like RCCG are pyramid schemes and we see no such thing like that in the Bible. There is no such thing as first fruits and tithes for Christians all these these things are not scriptural and giving to a pastor to get blessings from God in return is again not biblical.

God says He would have mercy on whom He would have mercy. The truth is that most people have a distorted concept of what praying is? It is not the words that makes prayers work, but what backs the prayers. So that simple word "God have mercy on me" encapsulates a lot of requests. If it is said with sincerity and comes from a heart that deeply appreciates dependency on God, it can be very effective. If God has mercy on you, how would you lack? How would evil befall you? How would you not prosper or do well in your endeavours?

I am a member of RCCG myself and honestly I’m surprised to hear some of the things you highlighted. One that has surprised me is that of just praying and not going to hospital because we study in our Sunday school the importance of medical check ups. In fact it is encouraged that we should make it a habit to see the doctors at least once a year. Some things you have mentioned I want to believe that was then coz I have experienced the exact opposite. I want to believe this is no longer happening coz at least I have not experienced it in our parish. I’m speaking this as a worker in RCCG. So I want believe maybe because of people like you things are changing. GOD bless you and your family.

Daddy GO and his wife will one day face the true God they serve if such a respectful man old be caring with all integrity but hear all tey are acquiring on earth today and the children of the man who handed the church of God to him could be neglected until when one man cried out on behalf of those children. So SAD INDEED. Mama GO is a sacred today even the children of Pa Akindayomi worshiped her. VERY VERY SAD INDEED. We shall all give accounts of our deeds on this earth. BUT PLEASE, DON'T LEAVE GOD. The problem I think we have in Nigerian Christianity is that we don’t have an understanding of what the Bible represents. It is not so much about our comfort but about our redemption. This is the scarlet thread that runs from Genesis to Revelation.
Of course I am not in your shoes but I’d say please don’t descend into agnosticism because you found yourself in a legalistic church. Also, we’ve all suffered or had setbacks in life but still we cling to the cross. Our earthly problems are momentary, our glory is eternal.

I hope those in the management of Churches, of branches and of zones will listen to this woman testimony with a heart of correcting wrong perception of church management and leadership, rather, than see her as unfaithful to God.
Churches are owned by people of faiths in the olden days but today, by business partners who run it for profit.
Parish/Area/Zonal Pastors give account that must be satisfying to the headquarters or get replaced should their inflows get unimpressive. This has encouraged pastors into designing several manners of way to enriched themselves by introducing aggrandizingly tactics and logics at extorting the unsuspecting members to send their own families abroad and set up their wives at the expense of members, even if the members suffered for their foolishness.
