Literally the best "what to do with a junk journal" video on the internet. Well the best I've ever seen anyway. I love that its not a particular 'style', its not aesthetic, not vintage, not wildly brash and in your face. Its just You. Its gorgeous, very similar to what I do too, which is conforting although I dont really care what anyone thinks of mine anyway, its a very pleasant creative outlet. I so wang to visit PEI now, I became OBSESSED with Anne when the TV miniseries was shown over here one Christmas in th 80s and now i want to go even more. Sadly somewhat outside my budget haha. Thank you so much for sharing, and for all you do ❤ Oh and I have a Sprocket too, we used to have a caravan in the Orkney Islands and the first time I used in front of my significant other his mind was blown too! I was over to PEI a few times when my ex-brother-in-law and 2 nephews worked on the construction of the Confederation Bridge. It is a beautiful Island and the scenery is out of this world. I really would love to go back some day. IThx for sharing your trip. I enjoyed it!

I always want to do something similar after a trip/holiday/vacation, I save loads of things from my travels but I can never come up with a cohesive way to put it all together. Wow! Mich, what a wonderful holiday journal, you certainly had a great time…I always write a journal everyday that I am away to remember the great times that we had. When I was in Toronto last week I collected a few things to put in the journal I am making. You mentioned Kindred Spirits…although we have never met I feel that we are Kindred Spirits as we parallel many things, so many happenings. Thank you for your videos, I so enjoy them 🥰🌷❤️🌺

Mich I absolutely adore your journal. We went to Alaska in 2019 and I made a journal ahead of time and did a similar sort of thing using my sprocket. And adding in brochures etc. It is such a great way to document a trip and it is mostly done when you get home. Your trip inspired me to go back and watch the Anne of Green Cables mini series. I have the VHS but now nothing to play it on so my husband bought the DVD’s for my “birthday”, (it’s not til December). We just finished last night. Hubs had never seen it. Now PEI has been put back into the forefront of places to go. I am so happy you had a wonderful time and thank you for sharing your adventure with us.

I have read it so many times. It never gets old for me. That’s so cool about your great grandfather. I was in Haworth at the church, even though it wasn’t the same as would have been in his time. Hi Melody. I don’t have any journals from previous trips. I used to do scrapbooks and then started to just file my photos and memorabilia. But this year I decided to journal as I went along. And it’s such a great way to do it. I’m glad you enjoyed hearing about the journey 😊🌸

Great journal Mich. You have been to places I haven’t and I’ve lived here my whole life! It’s been quite a few years since I’ve been to The Haunted Mansion ( I actually volunteer one night to ‘scare’ people! ) I will be on my way to The Toy Store to look for those butterfly stickers, and I probably just missed you as I was at the Butterfly House on Thursday with my grandsons. I love Jane Eyre also, used to have several of her books but ?? not sure where they went to.
That is so cool that you volunteered there. They said they get real people over the Halloween season. I can’t imagine how scary that would be. Lol. It was scary enough.
