This routine is not specific for constipation. Have a look at the video 'your bowel and the bracing technique' where I explain an exercise that helps with constipation due to slow transit. Good luck!
These wont help with IC necessarily! If IC is your problem, please focus on the breathing exercise video as your PF muscles will provably need more release than anything else at the moment and if possible work with a specialist physiotherapist for individual guidance. Eventually when your IC symptoms are under control, the other exercises could help! Very best of luck
I have urine sensation problem after delivery that I don’t feel when I have to go for pee. I just go by myself . So should I do these exercises to back my sensation
I wouldn't suggest that you do these but that you practice the breathing exercise that I explain is a different video! When you manage your pelvic floor tightness, you can move to doing quick pelvic floor exercises but best to have a Pelvic physio guiding you. Best of luck!
