Salam aleykoum wa RahmatuLlah, anorexia is a pathology so your sins are expiated for the hardship you're going through according to the hadith where our beloved Prophet -aleyhi as salam- says "No fatigue, nor disease, nor sorrow, nor sadness, nor hurt, nor distress befalls a Muslim, even if it were the prick he receives from a thorn, but that Allah expiates some of his sins for that.".

Seek emotional help from Allah, not from strangers who will prescribe you ketamine and other drugs to become dependent on. Today, there are about 4.15+ million women in the US who have been hooked on drugs prescribed by their therapist. Depression, i.e, extended periods of sadness, comes from either a traumatic past or unfulfillment in life, most likely from a lack of *spiritual* fulfillment or simply feeling out of place in a highly materialistic, urbanised world progressing more and more into a technocratic, inhuman hellhole.
Don't waste your time breaking down to a pseudo intellectual that's being paid to listen to you and doesn't actually give two pieces of rat dropping about you. This is artificial love and if you don't see it this way, you've been indoctrinated by the modern religion of scientism. Rely on your family, not on the modern state's cold institutions. Seeking aid for your emotional needs from a stranger instead of your family and community is taking you down the path of age-care, where your family bonds will not be strong enough for your children to care about you in the final years of your life. Fix your ties of kinship, and after re-establishing yourself in the family/ community, your "depression" will most likely disappear, because humans are social creatures. Keep yourself awake and constantly busy with new hobbies and your mind won't jump to such pessimism. Know your purpose in life, and if you hate this worldly life because of the circumstances, suck in the hate and keep reciting your purpose in life as a slave of Allah. When reciting this constantly, it changes your view on life, and you start to view bad instances as the divine decree that must be passed through, just like a naked man passing through the freezing blizzard, instead of something to surrender to and be dominated by.
The "mental health" clinics in the muslim world discussed in the recent video does not resemble modern psychology in anyway. Those were places were legitimate shuyookh used to give islamic advice to cure the diseases of the heart, such as coldness, envy, high amounts of desire, and how Salah is necessary to keep these undesirable behaviours intact. Today's psychology field is an environment where the most perverse theories revolve, and where people are given secular ways and liberal advice to treat said diseases of the heart and other behaviours that wouldn't even classify as such, but do, only due to human nature weakening over time. It is too much concerned on the self and not on the selfless, which is what a muslim's purpose should be.
Fact: The seretonin chemical imbalance hypothesis has actually been proven false, so don't think that you're doomed to be sad your whole life, it's because of a weak nature that needs to be sharpened up. And about the genetic inheritance, you may inherit a pessimistic personality from your parents and upbringing, but you don't actually inherit depression itself.
Another fact: The more you visit a therapist for your "depression," the more money your therapist makes, and the more the economy benefits from increased worker productivity and financial expenditure. So the next time you visit a therapist, think about how the corporations and the stranger who pretends to care about you are fattening their wallets because of your indoctrination.

I was interested in this field. I couldn't find examples, where our prophet saw treat people with non-religious secular methods.
This is a huge problem for a muslim.
Secular methods can destroy your Iman and your behaviour, because akhira playes no role in the theory.

“Jesus Loves You” cannot be expressed in words or in perfection by anyone other than God-Jesus Himself. Jesus Loves You was expressed by Jesus freely laying down His life for each of us, thus paying the price to set us free from our inequities and shortcomings (John 3:16 & 10:11).
