In the past my weakness was a public speaking, however, I got rid of this point by practicing and delivering some speeches. Which enhanced my ability to communicate perfectly with people. Tomorrow is my interview, I am not afraid 👍🏻.
Good advice. We would also just add relax and consider it a two way process. You need to know if its somewhere you want to work as well. This helps to create a good flow of conversation. Good luck everyone!

The "weakness" answer should NEVER be a NEGATIVE/Counter-productive weakness. Examples, "I don't like to work with others, hard to be punctual, I procrastinate, etc." These answers will for sure tank your interview.
there isn't really a positive weakness (unless you're the kind of guy that says 'i'm too perfectionist' as a weakness). the key is how you ellaborate the answer, which is the point of the video. but yeah, i wouldn't use the examples in the video either.

If you really are interested in testing the candidate ask about a situation where they failed to meet their own objectives and what the did about it.

Yes, it has to definitely be relevant to the work you are seeking. You don't want to speak of poor selling skills when you are interviewing for a technical position that does not involved any selling whatsoever. Tailor responses accordingly and appropriately.

I fired one person two weeks into a job that claimed to be familiar with safety protocol when they weren't. If they had brought that up in the interview I would have been able to get them trained to code on it.
