Hey thanks a lot for this vid. I couldn’t figure out where to hook up my fuel pressure gauge in my 2014 cx-5 and you pointed it right out to me. Spent an hour trying to figure that out.

Update. It was just out of fuel. Lol jk brother. Great show of how the circuit works! In some Toyota’s specifically the tundra and 4 runner. the ecm pulse width modulates the FPM and the FPM controls the pump negative and steps the potential of the pump. Usually like 4v 8v and 12v. The diag line back is a measurement of that voltage. It’s pretty cool. Not sure exactly how the Mazda works. Thanks for the explanation and testing procedure you showed on the video. Also are you going to ASTE?
🤣 no fuel dummy! I don't know yet about ASTE, I should get my rear end in gear and fork out the cash and get it done already....Pauly 🙄 I'm due for a vacation, but I'm also a cheap a$$ 🤣🤣🤣
Thanks for explaining how yota voodoo works...I'm thinking this might be the case for this Mazda too. I'm hoping I get a pump soon so I can capture it after replacing it 🙏
